- Cumin (seed/powder)
- Coriander (also called cilantro. fresh/seed/powder)
- Turmeric (powder)
- chili powder (fresh, dry, powder)
- Garam Masala (combination of whole spices are ground into powder)
- Cardamom (green/brown)
- cloves (whole and ground avail)
- cinnamon (whole and ground avail)
- Fenugreek (seeds/dry)
- DRY GOODS
- Basmati rice
- Chapati flour (also called atta)
- Lentils (Red, yellow split lentil and brown)
- Onions, tomatoes, fresh ginger/garlic
- For oils I like canola, Avocado & light olive oil, Ghee (clarified butter)
