  • DRY GOODS
  • Basmati rice
  • Chapati flour (also called atta)
  • Lentils (Red, yellow split lentil and brown)
  • Onions, tomatoes, fresh ginger/garlic
  • For oils I like canola, Avocado & light olive oil, Ghee (clarified butter)
